Storing your personal data

    1. FOASD will safely and securely store any personal data for our Members.  Any membership detail will be destroyed 6 years after it is no longer current.  

    2. FOASD will safely and securely store any personal data for our non-members who wish to remain on our mailing list.  Any personal details will be destroyed as soon as a request is made for the data to be removed.

    3. FOASD will safely and securely store any personal data for our Trustees.  Any trustee personal data will be destroyed 6 years after it is no longer current.

 

  1. Method of storing data

    1. Any personal data for Members, non-members and Trustees will be stored securely using two factor authentication.

    2. Access to the accounts and personal data will be kept to a minimum.

    1. Only Members of the Committee will have access to the Members’ and non-members’ data for the purpose of membership renewal and mailshots (where appropriate consent has been given).
